How to buy a IKEA franchise and how much it will cost?

i like to know what the starting cost are to start an ikea store , i heard that there is a 3% over reveue cost but how much money do you need to bring to start ? ThanX :)

Here is the link to the franchising info on the IKEA site. They don’t list hard figures but you can obtain all the information by writing to them. They do mention that the start up costs are a significant investment for the franchisee. Based on other franchises I have researched in the past, my best guess is that you would need several hundred thousand dollars up front.
